This past weekend, we took my little sister to the Academy of Music in Philadelphia, to see Wicked. She was really surprised by the gift and throughly enjoyed the show. This was my second time seeing the show and also my first time seeing any Broadway show for a second time. It was a mixed bag. I thought they handled the smaller stage well, but two of the characters (including one of the major roles) were cast poorly. Neither Elphaba nor Fiyero sang their parts well, however the woman who played Glinda really nailed her part and really put her own “spin” on the role.

All in all, I liked it, and so did my sister
