Today, my new Seagate Momentus 120GB SATA150 hard drive showed up. That was a lot of gomo words to say I got a new hard drive for my MacBook. The process of upgrading was not too bad, but it was laborious. The plan was to upgrade my 80GB HD to a 120GB, and then put my 80GB HD into my boyfriend’s MacBook which has only an 60GB HD. This meant, backing up my 80GB HD to my external, then moving his data to that drive, moving the drives around, and then restoring my backup to the 120GB HD. All went well and I partitioned the new HD as a 100GB parition and a 11 GB parition. I want a “test system” to mess around with. After all was said and done, I tried to use Boot Camp on my MacBook and found out you can’t! You need to have a single partition! What to do? I am giving that some thought… any ideas? Oh look...someone said something!
