Today was a good day. I worked from home, got tons done, after work I got the house cleaned and the cars washed and all was great until we tried to hang the new shower curtain rod.

I don’t know what they did when they built our house but it seems there is always something in the wrong spot behind the walls. And tonight was no exception. We drilled a hole where there was no stud, the drill bit went in fine but the anchor would not. I couldn’t see why, but I’m sure it was a freaking nail or something. Well it was all down hill from there.

We got it installed, it looks great but… some wall patching had to be done. And we were two cranky freaking people afterwards. Thank goodness for Pork Mei Fun, Designstar and the fact my baby is the sweetest man alive.
