Pretty good article. He obviously knows Windows and points out the good and bad. I just want an OS that lets me hit the web, do e-mails, and install HW/SW on the first try. Right now OSX is the best choice for me. (but the keyboard shortcuts still suck - Alt>PrtScn vs. Apple + Shift + 4 and by the way - its not on the clipboard, its a file that you have to open, etc…)

I think, no matter how much Microsoft has failed to please people, they will still continually support Windows. I, for one can’t wait for Vista to come out. But, I also mentioned that I’ll be getting my first Mac this year, so I guess I’ll be “bi-coastal”.
